Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: July 2026Maison Aylora processes transactions quickly to ensure swift handovers. Orders can be cancelled subject to the time windows and guidelines detailed below.
1. Standard Cancellation Window
- Before Packing: You may cancel any standard catalog order free of charge within 2 hours of payment authorization or before the workshop team changes the status to "Packed".
- After Dispatch: Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You must receive the item and initiate a standard return under our Return Policy.
2. Bespoke & Personalized Orders
Custom-tailored apparel, customized diamond engravings, and bespoke timepiece catalog orders enter dynamic production immediately. Cancellations for customized commissions must be made within 1 hour of placing the order, after which the deposit cannot be returned.
3. Processing Settlements
On successful cancellation, we release authorization locks on your credit card immediately. Depending on your financial institution, funds will be visible in your account within 3-5 bank business days.
